Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from our fulfillment center in Washington, DC.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95)
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking information
- Free Shipping (orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding parts of Asia and some remote areas). Please note that customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Please review our policy below before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on vests that have been tried on without protective clothing underneath. All other products in our collection (jeans, pants, shirts, shorts, skirts & skorts) are eligible for returns if they meet the above conditions.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact our team: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval: Our Washington-based customer service team will respond within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) with return authorization and instructions.
- Package your item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship your return: Send the package to our fulfillment center at the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- You received an incorrect item
For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we’ll process your refund or exchange:
- Refund method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval (timing depends on your financial institution)
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item via your preferred shipping method (standard or free shipping for orders over $50) once we receive and process your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedite your replacement.

International Returns
For customers outside the United States (excluding parts of Asia and remote areas where we don’t ship), return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued in USD.
